Is The Hollowed Harvest Appropriate For Children?The Hollowed Harvest is not a scary event. Unlike a “Haunted House”, the Hollowed Harvest is an incredible Jack-O’-Lantern festival featuring beautifully carved and arranged pumpkins designed to wow audiences of all ages!

Can We Enter The Event With Tickets For A Different Day Or Time Slot?General Admission tickets are only good for the day and time slot noted on your ticket confirmation and checkout page. If your preferred time or day has sold out, we can not accommodate your request to use a different ticket. If flexibility matters to you, we recommend purchasing a Flex pass or VIP ticket which gives you the ability to just "show up" any time we are open. To learn more about the difference between General Admission (GA), Flex tickets and VIP, click on the "Buy Tickets" button and read more about the various ticketing options we offer.

Do We Need To Buy Tickets In Advance?You may purchase general admission tickets at the door, please note they are more expensive than having been purchased online.

How do VIP tickets work?When you purchase a VIP ticket to Hollowed Harvest: Wicked Labyrinth , you will automatically receive a digital ticket that will be sent to your email for you to present upon arriving at the event. When our gate staff scans your VIP ticket, they will issue you a souvenir badge (if you purchased VIP status before August 26th) that will make the benefits of a VIP pass exclusive solely to you. The badge will have your name on it, and a photo will be taken to pair with your badge digitally to ensure that only the purchaser may use the badge to gain access throughout the season. Please note that any abuse of the VIP pass, including sharing of a pass, will result in the termination of the VIP pass without the possibility of a refund.

Are Outside Food And Beverages Permitted?We do not permit guests to bring food or beverages into the Hollowed Harvest; however, some of our locations do have concessions available onsite for purchase during the event!

Do You Offer Refunds? All sales are final, we do not offer refunds.All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. In the event your ticket date is cancelled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically upgrade your ticket such that it can be used "1" (one) time on any day we are open for the remainder of that calendar year season. That will be redeemable simply by showing up at the venue and presenting your ticket (which will still reflect the date/time you purchased previously). By purchasing a ticket to our events you agree to these terms and conditions.

Lost your tickets?
No need to reach out to customer service to get your tickets resent to your inbox. Instead, click the button next to the venue you bought your tickets for and our site will ask you to enter your email address to have your tickets resent. If you do not receive an email with your tickets within 15 minutes, simply provide your first and last name to the ticket attendant at the gate when you arrive and they can look up your ticket purchase - no need to reach out to customer service to verify.
